Delegation Starts with Clarity (Not Trust Falls)
One of the hardest lessons I learned as I grew my team:
You can’t delegate vibes.
You can delegate clear tasks, defined timelines, and documented processes — but not assumptions.
Sticky notes worked when it was just me. Once I brought on a team, clarity became non-negotiable.
Delegation only works when:
The task is written down
The outcome is defined
The deadline is visible
Ownership is clear
That’s why our task management system mirrors my original sticky-note logic — just translated into something everyone can see, understand, and execute.
Trust is built through structure.
Not the other way around.
